Traumatic experiences have a heavy negative impact on people. Everyone has their definition of a traumatic experience. However, Merriam Webster’s Dictionary defines Traumatic as “a very difficult or unpleasant experience that causes someone to have mental or emotional problems usually for a long time.” Traumatic experiences cause long lasting negative emotions. PTSD or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is a serious psychological development from a severe traumatic experience.
Lots of people go through traumatic experiences. War hero's often develop PTSD from traumatic experiences. My Uncle, for example, has PTSD from serving overseas. He was stationed overseas and was on site when a missile blew up the barracks he was staying in. He saw all

    For the people that do have PTSD not just anything is going to set them off it may be triggered through a dream, memory, or action and even when they are triggered not all are violent outburst of anger. Anyone can get PTSD even the strongest of minds both soldiers and people alike, someone can get it from a certain event they go through and are mentally unready for, as well when someone goes through a great amounts of stress which is a perfect description of what someone going through war would feel.
