Personal Narrative: Why I Am Called The Next Great One

This is amazing, this is why I am called the Great One, because of this. I want to say that Gordie Howe is still better than me, because he did it before me, so I believe that he is better than me.

Crosby, on the other hand, being called the “Next Great One,” seems right. In his high 20’s, when I got my records. His life seems like mine, getting into the NHL early, and becoming a star right away. Making records, being just plain out great at this sport, I look at him, and think, am I his role model, or is he just looking up to himself. Who knows.

I look at this, and see 3 of the best hockey players, stats and just playing, and see talent. I watched Gordie Howe, and looked up to him, trying to be like him. With the evidence in that chart,
