Personal Narrative: My Littlest Pet Shops

W.S Merwin once said " your absence has gone through me like the ad through a needle. Everything I do is stitched with its color." This quote never really made sense to me until I lost someone lost someone very dear to my heart, my great great grandma. She passed away on a cold, windy, November night in 2011. I was only 8 years old when this occurred but it seemed like the end of the world to me. This experience taught me that family is all that you need to get you through the hardships that life brings you.

My grandma passed away from old age. She was exactly 94. When I received the news it was very hard to hear because I would go and see her every weekend in her nursing home. My sister Kaitlyn and I use to bring our Littlest Pet Shops and
