I've always been infatuated with technology ever since I was a kid. I've always wanted to build a computer, for the last two years I've wanted to build a gaming rig. So much earlier this year I finally build one. I ordered all necessary parts via online so that I could pick the parts up on the same day. It would take at least a five hours, to and from, along with three to four hours of building time. However, I was determined; however, I was told by my mother to wait for the next day due to my father's health, but he knew how long I waited and went anyway and took me anyway.
After 45 minutes, we finally arrived at my first destination, Best Buy. Here, I picked up the center component of my computer, a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit). I had never set such a long running goal and followed through with it. I immediately opened the packing and vigorously unpacked, like a kid in a candy shop. The next stops, Microcenter. If I wanted to build my computer I had to take precautions in order to not fry the hardware. It took approximately three hours to build. When I turned on the computer I wailed in agony as nothing would start. Now I had only one goal in mind: figuring out why my computer wouldn't turn on. After another two hours passed and I finally finished. Now came a test, I needed to push the power button to turn the computer on. I felt like a young, defenseless baby, not knowing what could happen next. I clicked the button and the computer booted up normally, then I released a sigh in relief of the computer turning
