How Health Care Companies Manage Potential Patients
As the Internet and technology transform how patients seek medical help and information, health care companies are changing their marketing techniques. Specifically, health care companies now rely on the principles of patient lead management to oversee potential online patients.
What is Patient Lead Management?
Patient lead management is a systematic process that manages the sales pipe line for health care companies. Patient lead management services are usually either in-house medical customer relationship management software or outsourced web based software tools. The goal of these programs is to properly manage leads, maximize online conversions and increase revenues. Whether the software is internal or external, patient lead management systems help health care companies centralize all marketing channels by tracking and managing all incoming inquiries from every possible source, including email, phone, website, landing pages and advertising.
