3 Design Solutions
To succeed in meeting the design goals and comply with the clients objectives to increase production at minimal cost for a range of biscuit diameters, Amorphous System successfully completed the modelling and design on a number of conveyor widths, motor and oven selections.
The model provided the following outcome for each conveyor width:
3.1 Conveyor C-06
Conveyor C-06 offer three options. The conveyor motor selection for all three options is an M-15 (150W) motor, however the oven selection can be selected for an O-06 (6kW) or O-09 (9kW) oven. The disadvantage of selecting the smaller oven is that the thermal power of the oven will only be suitable for two biscuit diameters, diameters 50mm and 55mm.
