“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” Nelson Mandela was a South African leader and would later become president of South Africa. He also lead movements in South Africa. He is famous for helping bring an end to apartheid and has been a global advocate for human rights. Nelson Mandela was born July 18th 1918 into a thembu tribe in South Africa. Mandela’s birth name was Rolihlahla that was given by his tribe. Which he live in a village of Mvezo with his father that served as the chief. He was born into a family with nine sisters and four brothers. After his father died in 1927 his family moved to Qunu. In 1939 Mandela insert into University Fort Hare. After that he got sent home because he boycott it against the university policies. After learning about his arranged marriage fled from Africa. He worked as a night Watchman and law Clerk While doing his bachelor's degree at the University of Witwatersrand. That's where he became Evolved interracial movement.
