Where the US schools of nursing are concerned, the Native Americans are the least considered minorities of all the other minorities. Despite of a number of efforts and plans to appoint more of Native Americans, over the past ten years there has been a little increase in the nurses of native America. This is evident by the less number of Native American nurses in the workforce. The aim of this study is to learn about the obstacles of the nursing education, from high school seniors of native American, who want to learn about the nursing education. Nursing programs have ethnically been content based, but the requirements of students and faculty are according to that of the workplace . At the end of these new and revised curricula is a prominence on amalgamating established educational and professional competencies with educational plans that motivate problem solving and that improve students’ critical thinking abilities. Such curricula will motivate the similar development of creative learning activities, ensure student evaluations which are effective, and give clinical experiences that emphasize the optimization of student practice outcomes. Though the art of caring has its start dated far back in history, the quick post-Nightingale nursing education depicts a more formal , modernized, and in some way standardized reach to the nursing education.
