How Does Florence Nightingale Create Conflict In Nursing

There are so many different ways to enter into the profession of nursing that it sometimes creates conflict. When Florence Nightingale opened a school of nursing in London she created a few fundamental ideas that are still in place today. The first one being, the nurse should be trained in an educational institution supported by public funds and associated with a medical school. This principle should be viewed as the most important because every nurse should have a solid background, and in order to do that they need to attend a nursing school.
Overall, I think every great nurse has to have some experience working in the field. Clinicals is the first major step to get real work experience, and I believe the more places you are exposed to the
