It’s actually been proven that you get more angry from racing games than you do from playing shooter games. I actually find randomly murdering civilians in Grand Theft Auto very stress relieving. I like being able to do anything I want without consequence. The freedom some games offer you is better than real life sometimes. That’s also very helpful because learning the consequences from your actions will make you less susceptible to committing crimes. I found from my 11 years of gaming that you get more frustrated from losing a race than you do when you “die”. For some reason, it’s much easier to accept dying than it is to accept losing. Another annoying thing is losing all your progress from one little mistake. So when you crash and lose the whole race you get really angry. Shooting games aren’t the cause of
