Leadership is the competence of an individual who controlling man power, material, machine, time and money to achieve their mission & vision by influencing the man power and other key resources in effective and efficient way to achieve individual or organization goals and objectives. Good communication, regularity, morality, direction, conviction, compassion will be key to successful leadership process.

The main person who does this role called as leader. So the leader has the ability to use all this resources to lead to achieve his goals. The key words 1. Man power

The leader has to make sure he uses his abilities to influence them to achieve the targets. At the same time man power should be able to follow the leader to get successful out come. When a leader uses his people to he has to use the right person for the right position in order to achieve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. With out man power leader won’t be able to use his other recourses. Materials: Without materials, man power will be redundant.

Materials needed for any business or service to give their final product. Quality of the materials will decide the final products quality. Even if we have good quality materials the leader should know how to get a good finished product from it. Machines:

Machine is an item which has several components and uses energy to performance some manual job. In leadership process we need machines to make our work easily and fast. By machines leaders can cut down man power. But we can’t cut down all man power even we use machines Time:

Time management is another important factor in leadership process. There are some targets we need to achieve in certain time slots. Time will be always limited factor of all the resources we have.

Money:

Money is the method that can be used in exchange of good or services. Money is the factor which motivates the man power and helps the organization to buy necessary machines and materials. If the money not use in correct manner organization will face bankruptcy.

Goal

Goal is an achievable and assessable final product or service. There will be fixed time slots to achieve these goals. In order to have successful organisation leaders should include some realistic goals to the leadership process. Objective Objectives are the small targets which lead to a goal. It will be more specific small projects with short term of period. Leaders always arrange small objectives to achieve goals. Mission An expression of what originations’ conclusions will be called as mission. This not an out come statement and will not come with specific time limits. Vision Visualization of an imagination about the future which anything can cause. Influence Influence is the power or ability to change which people, economy, or a situation to get a better result than the current result. Leaders can lead his followers by words or actions. Communication Communication is the medium which leaders use to exchange or deliver his information to his followers. Communication can be done by speaking, writing or acting.
