Appearance and Job Performance: SPC Araujo, good job maintaining the Army appearance standard which sets fort in AR 670-1. As Soldiers and leaders it is our responsibility to ensure that we are following all regulations and leading by example at all times. Your duty performance for the month of the October has been outstanding. During the last three months the company has been tasked with a lot of missions and different tasking, in which to support the battalion field exercise. Your job was to schedule fuel appointments, ensuring that both trucks were fully mission capable before they were used in any fuel mission. Areas to improve: It is your job to keep track of your Soldier at all times there is no reason why is should be asking you for a status report and you are telling me that you don't know the whereabouts. You should be the first to know then informed me if there are any
