1. These people have to stand for long hours at work, and their job is to load and unload mail from a variety of mail processing equipment. …show more content…
The Mail Handler
1. Can you guess what these people do? These people work in big facilities and they unload, reload, and pack letters in big sacks for delivery. These people are like the mailman for the many post offices. Also, they have to carry all of these heavy sacks and packages to their destinations. So, if you want to become a Mail Handler, you will need to be super strong (with lots of muscles) because the sacks that these people carry out can weight up to 70 lbs.
C. Postal Police Officer
1. These people operate just like policemen, but their main focus is to make sure that the postal buildings, mail-in-transit, and workers are safe. If you want to become a postal Police officer, you will have to make sure that no one steals the letters from the big sacks.
There are many more U.S. Postal Jobs. However, in assessing the three previously mentioned, children will realized that the Postal Services have many more jobs besides the mailmen.
