Huckleberry Finn: Poem Analysis

In this class I am hoping to get an A- as a final grade. The time when I came in and talked to you about my grade, I said that I will put a better effort in talking during class and really try hard on my bell ringer. I feel I have done pretty good with talking, like when I talked during our Huckleberry Finn discussion. We really have not had many times to talk since our conversation. I also feel I have really tried hard on the last couple bell ringers since we talked. I think on all of them I am just under two hundred words or I am around two hundred and thirty words. I have really tried hard on not talking to other people and typing the whole time. I think that my Legends of Camp project was pretty good. I had three different poems and for all of them I had two or three ways that you could look at it. You then had to connect it to your life in someway. I feel I did this by telling a story of how we had to escape out of the hotel and it was like the great escape. I also did that for the other two pieces. We then had to do an overall takeaway from the Legends of Camp and I thought that mine was pretty good because in the paper I had everything that I needed. A 79% isn't that bad of a grade but I put a lot of effort into it and I felt like it was a 86% paper. In addition to this, I also feel that my second assessment grade was a little low, it was a 67%. I know that I did not talk that much but that is only part of the engagement grade. For the most part I was paying attention when we were going over it. I always had everything done, for example I would always read what was assigned to over the weekend, have it highlighted, and had it ready to discuss.
