The biggest question will later be answered by everyone regarding whether the practice of holacracy actually works. Do the employees and investors actually buy into this system? What companies have failed and what companies have succeeded? We have also begun working on an annotated bibliography. We as a group thought it would be best to begin working on this portion of the project immediately in order to convey to each other which sources we had found in order to prevent duplication, as well as give the other a summary detailing out of each of these sources. Having the annotated bibliography completed early allows us to move on to the rest of this group project due to us having a concrete foundation of sources that we can use for both the presentation, as well as the final
