In addition, people need more care during their any treatment because of their old age. They have chronic diseases such as any disease regarding mental, disabilities, cancer, and heart problem. In this case, they need more service or care which can be provided by health work staff. Day to day, old patients is increasing instead of increasing health work staff, which affects the health workforce department. On the same way, another aspect of aging population is increasing old age workers who can work with limited hours, however, younger staff can work a long time. Graham and Duffield (2010) indicate that old age workers {55 to 64} are participating in the lower industry.
