The topic of who is better in the job men and women is controversial in this cotemporary era. Communicating with the other gender is a skill that no everyone has due to different cultures and different values that people may have. The author of “He said, She said” was very clear on his point and I totally agree with the writer regarding the different way men and women communicate in business. It is true that men tend to be more stubborn when it comes ask for information or open to new ideas unlike women who might have the ability to see ideas form a different view and try to be more open minded. However, this might not be the case all the time due to the fact that some men tend to listen more than women.
