With this being said, Google is starting to become uncontrollable; they have so many people relying on their information and products. Right now we see Google as a revolutionizing company that has made our lives easier and better adapted to the ever-changing world of technology. The only problem is that, over time, if Google keeps growing their panoptic mechanism the concept that power tends to corrupt will come into play and there wont be much people can do against it.
We can take a survey that includes everyone on the university campus and see that either they own a Google android phone, have Gmail accounts, or simply use the browser to do research. It is important to know, however, that the C.E.O.’s decisions can be overruled by a majority vote because there are large majority of people that actually hold part of the company. The next in line would be the security guards that keep watch on employees as well as the company’s locations.
