The Bomb
The Fairy family was a normal rich family. There was Cosmo, Wanda and Timmy their son. They were living in the middle of a war. It was the United States of America versus Europe. They didn't think about it too much because of all the security they had. One day they got the bomb warning. They have been preparing in case this happened. They put Timmy in the bomb shelter first. Then they started grabbing everything they needed. Food, water, gas mask, weapons and a radio. They got all that and still got in with five seconds to spare. Right when they got in they closed the hatch and felt the bomb hit. The whole room shook violently. Everyone was knocked off their feet. In five minutes everything was normal but they knew they could not go outside because of the nuclear waste. Everyone put on their gas mask and Cosmo opened the hatch slightly just so he can see outside. What he saw was horrendous. Their whole house was gone there was nuclear waste everywhere. There was not a person in sight.
¨Alright looks like we have to live in here for awhile¨, Cosmo said. ¨Why¨, asked Timmy. ¨Outside is trashed, there is no one in sight and our house is gone¨, Cosmo replied. They all looked around at their new home for awhile. It was a large space about the size of a regular …show more content…
When Wanda opened it she saw Cosmo with no food or water. Cosmo seemed to be a little green and Wanda noticed. A little later that day Wanda and Cosmo decided that Cosmo should stay outside instead of being in the shelter. Cosmo walked himself out. Water supplies was running low but they had a lot of food. The next day Wanda heard knocking on the trapdoor. It was a trader, he would give them 4 water bottles if they gave him 2 cans of food. Wanda accepted the trade without hesitation. Wanda took a little sip out of the water bottle. It tasted funny but Wanda did not think much about it. Timmy was sleeping and Wanda did not want to wake
