The DTS or acknowledged as the Driving training school permits individuals learning to drive. The service of the driving training school is divided into the practical and the theoretical training for drivers. The greatest part in running the DTS is the gap in the market, where there is less competition and no specific concentration although there is a demand for the service. Throughout the report, I will be discussing the financial aspects, the operations and marketing strategies, and the human relations. Although there is a market gap in consumer’s needs, my target audience is people over 18 although under 16 can still undergo a theoretical practice. The owner of the DTS will be the general manager who makes the decision. The school has also divisions which report to the general manager (owner) regarding their performance. For instance, operation section which provides training practically and theoretically will be run by section head and the administrative section which facilitate the service through providing paper work and bookings will also be run by section head. Generally, the structure of the school follow military form of organizational business ion trader form of business. As stated above, taxation benefit, inexpensiveness in setting up, fast decision making, temporary capital limit, and other legal and social issues are considered in choosing such form of business legal structure for DTS.
Vision statement
DTS (driving training school) is the best driving schools, as is a service, which provides practical and theoretical driving training with professional instructors. The vision plan for DTS is to expand a better understanding of driving but also allow the consumers to have a safer and less risky travel. In the future, I plan (DTS) to expand around the states and help reinforce and record statistics in car crashes and reduce them also by making reasonable amount of profit. DTS maintains good relationships with suppliers by Building good relations with the supplier representative, and evaluate its suppliers quality supplies regularly, abides with terms of trade and negotiates with the supplier.
