1) During this review period, there were reports of her complaining, talking back to her instructors, questioning authority, or being disrespectful. Instructor noted that Ms. Clemons displayed behavior that is oblivious that she does not accept constructive criticism and she does not like to be told what to do.
2) She has made some improvements in her ability to follow instructions. She has good quality on her work in the CRP, but continues to have errors on cleaning contracts (more than two reported). She was encouraged to double check her work. No community based job tryout was available to her during the review period.
