They adapt. In the current global scenario organizations have to constantly adapt to the new challenges. They can never use the same methods, strategies and technologies all the time. Rather they have to constantly adapt to new changes. Since the leaders manage the organization it can be said that it is the organizations success lies in their capabilities. They form a major part of the decision making which affects the goals, structure and vision which forms the foundation of the organization. Therefore any erroneous decision will affect the entire future of the organization and the workers. The importance of adaptability and responsiveness under an able leader can be illustrated with two contrasting examples. Adaptability can be defined as capability to respond to different situations. With reference to an organization it can be defined as the capability to cater to changing technologies and user demands. It was founded in 2006 at a time when the aviation industry was very turbulent. It has been running under the leadership of Mr. Aditya Ghosh and Rahul Bhatia since 2007. Aditya Ghosh took charge at a time when the airlines had only 18 aircrafts and the profits being made were not huge.
