Effective Communication Skills In Nursing Care

In this assignment I will be observing a hospital ward to see how those who use the service are treated in terms of how they are spoken to or addressed by the healthcare professionals. A hospital ward is a part of health care in the hospital, an institution that’s meant to provide patients with proper care and treatment with special medications and equipment. A communication skill includes both verbal and non-verbal means of communicating messages amongst or between each other. The key practitioners I will be focusing on are the doctors and nurses that interact with the patients in the ward I am placed in.
