The drivers of internationalization of business promote the rock pace of growth and spread of business and economy. More and more companies move their business activities abroad. In my opinion, “E-commerce”, “Search for new markets and reduced costs”, “Rapid And Extensive Global Communication”, “Increased travel and migration”, “Knowledge sharing” Play important drivers of internationalization of business. E-Commerce becomes very popular, based on providing a platform for companies trade their products and serveries world widely. For example, Alibaba Group Holding Limited is the biggest online shopping website in China. However, I was shocked that Alibaba announces that it has officially become the world 's largest retail trading platform. Alibaba Group data shows that, at 14:58:37 on March 21st, 2016, Alibaba Group 's total transaction has reached about 475.89 billion US dollars. Alibaba Group has alread beat the offline chain, such as Wal-Mart, Costco and Carrefour. I began to wonder why Alibaba Group can be accepted by the world and achieve remarkable achievement. Alibaba try it best to break the barriers of different cultures. Alibaba means “Open Sesame”, which is easy to remember and globally known. When I visit Alibaba website in English version, I found it is very different from the Chinese version. Alibaba change parts of their styles to adept into the local market. Overall, with the development of Internet and transportation and logistics services, E-commerce leads the success of internationalization of business. Many company choose to search for new markets and reduced costs. New markets provide more business and greater profits. New Markets are easy to find in other countries, especially, the countries with large populations. One of the best ways of reduced cost is moving production activities abroad. Therefore they become the drivers of the internationalization of business. In order to reduce the costs of producing IPhones, Apple Inc. is using the strategy of original equipment manufacturer. Such as: Samsung, Korea makes CPU; Sony, Japan manufactures Camera and battery; Foxcom, China is responsible for the shell and the assembly processing. In fact, Apple Inc. is good at the design the software and hardware, but it is easier for Apple Inc. to outsource the production to the companies that have good technology. In this way, Apple Inc. saves lots of money on labor and manufacturing. Rapid And Extensive Global Communication makes the company learn about their costumers need. Every company wants to expand and appear on the market. The spread information on the Internet and the information that have searched repeatedly by lots of people can be considering as valuable information. Based on the information, company can also make benefits on internationalization of business. When I watched Transformers 4: Age of Extinction, I was impressed by the performance of Chinese actress Bingbing Li. I started to search Bingbing Li on the Internet, and then found that she works in United Talent Agency. Her company has international Alliances with the Movie Company. United Talent Agency is located in Los Angeles. I …show more content…
Because of the pressure of work and family, people would like to take a break in other countries. Today, it is very convenient for people to have international travel. Take my own experience as an example; I went to South Korea in the summer vacation. I found that the quality of cosmetics made by Korea is high and the price is only the half in China. Every store in South Korea has sales staff speak Chinese, Japanese, and English. When I talked with a girl who works in The Face Shop, she said she comes from Dalian, China and is a student of Seoul National University. She explains that South Korean Company needs a large number of international employees to sale more products and offer the most directly communication to foreigners. In addition, the study abroad university students in Seoul are usually can speak more than two languages, which can fill the needs of the lack workers in local markets. Lots of foreign visitors buy lots of Korean products not only because the cheaper price, but also the products maybe not sale in their own country. Thus, the tourists can see and experience the goods and services that not available in their home country. The high rate of traveling and migration make it possible achieve internationalization of
