David Beckham's Greatest Soccer Player

David Robert Joseph Beckham was born at Whipps Cross University Hospital in Leytonstone, in London, England on May 2nd, 1975. His Father was appliance repairman in London and his mother was a hairstylist. As a child, he played soccer for a youth team called the Ridgeway Rovers. He attended a soccer school for three summers and became a champion as a child. David Beckham, a young and handsome soccer player, followed his passion for soccer all the way through. His parents were fans for the Manchester United and David inherited the love for the soccer team, making his main sporting passion soccer. As a child, David ran cross-country and usually the first to finish the races in the Essex cross-country championships. David tried out for a spot in the junior English league and he was rejected because he was small. He was a mascot for the Manchester United when they played against West Ham United in 1986. A year later, he was one of the leading faces of England’s World Cup team. In 1998, Beckham signed a deal with Adidas, putting in almost at $13 million in endorsement deals. His popularity in tensed more when he met Victoria Adams, known as “Posh Spice” of the Spice Girls, in 1997. Beckham and Adams fell in love with each other, and had their first child, a son named Brooklyn Joseph. After they had their son, they got married in Dublin, Ireland costing right at $800,000. Later in 1999, he led the Manchester United to the Premier League title, the FA Cup Champions, and the Champions League title.
