Commercial drones are a newly designed technological advancement for many fields of work. Commercial drones are used by the military, scientists, and movie casters. This highly advanced piece of technology has the ability to fly high, fast, and quietly making it a go to choice for the military and movie casters. There are negatives to these advanced drones that mainly details privacy. These drones can be purchased by the public for $5,000- $10,000 and once bought the user has the ability to take detailed video and footage of distant or high objects making privacy for some, an issue.
The military has used drones for many years. Osama Bin Laden was seen through a drone roughly 5 years before being executed by seal team 6. The man controlling the drone was not legally allowed to kill Osama Bin Laden because they could not prove through the tv screen that what he was seeing was actually Osama. Later that week detailed imagery proved the man was Osama and they used that information to further track the man.
