In my every day actual teaching, there is always a classroom problem. In teaching there is always a challenge of behavior management. This is the most significant challenge that I face as a practice teacher. The disrespectful attitudes towards teachers such as when I discussing in front of them some students arechatting in their seatmates. It really made me feel mad. This is the problem that I always encounter in my every day class. They are not following directions or pay attention in the discussion. Even I called their name to catch their attention and to listen to the discussion some of the students are still doing unnecessary things. So to cope up with the problem, I change my teaching method. If there are students who are not paying attention there is usually a reason why and that is because I doing stink.
Entering in the classroom without a student who are inattentive, unmotivated and feel bored is really impossible. Many times, it is the teacher’s fault that class is boring. But this problem can be solved only by choosing a best activity that the student can relate their self and also the activity that they will enjoy. Since I handle a lower section it really hard for me to boost their interest in the lesson but as days goes by I really get to know my students. I realized that knowing them especially their interest and needs in learning is a big help for me to boost their attention in the lesson.
