Sandwich Blitz seems to be a really good organization with a really good motto, “Sandwich Blitz
– Where our quality, freshness, and customers always come first.” The stores have a great amount of autonomy, and the manager can make all the daily decisions that deal with the business of the local store. There are other business needs to be addressed also, they are as follows: Strategic Planning: The text states that “Strategic planning involves making decisions about the organizations long-term goals and strategies” (Bateman & Snell, 2013). From everything that I have read about the company so far I have not seen anything stating the company’s future goals.
