While driving East on West Gallatin I spotted Kevin 's pickup headed West on Gallatin. I pulled my vehicle in front of his pickup. Sgt. Harris and I drew our service weapons due to the severity of the crime at hand and unknown circumstances. Sgt. Harris ordered him to turn the vehicle off multiple times. Sgt. Kevin stated that he knocked on the door when Billy (later identified as William Kaye) opened the door and started punching him in the face.
