To start, the beaches are the main attraction all over Cape Cod. There are public beaches and resident beaches (Cape Cod Guide to Beaches 1). If you live in the town where the private beach is located, then you can go there whenever you want, however, these beaches are closed to anyone who is not a resident in the town. .When we go on vacation, we have to go to public beaches in Cape Cod. Resident beaches are very nice and a little bit more private than public beaches. With that said, many public beaches are just as nice. Many people say that in Cape Cod, there are too many shark attacks in the waters. There are lots of shark attacks on oceanside beaches but the bayside beaches are not inhabited with sharks at all. If you are looking for big waves, you may still want to go to an oceanside beach but bayside beaches are considerably calmer and less crowded . People also like to fish off beaches so when looking for a beach to go to, make sure people swim there instead of fish off the sand.
