Never a word is spoken between the two of them for much of this episode, it is just endless pranks and mind games while they each try to prove who it the “alpha dog” so to speak. We are currently doing some restructuring in management and this too is causing a bit of a power struggle with the “Alpha Dogs”. The employees on the floor are struggling to keep morale up because they are getting a new supervisor and for some of them the one they had has absolutely no good listening skills. This can cause an immense amount of chaos on the workfloor if not addressed. I think in order to avoid three of the key aspects and I think the supervisors should step up and try to bring their employees together as it is team not each individual child . In this situation, the supervisor should develop some better communication skills in order to keep his team informed that they were going to be moving people and changing supervisors.
