Athletes Should Get Paid

Have you ever wanted to become a pro athlete? What's not to love? They are all really strong, they get to play sports all the time and they get a lot of money. Some people question if an athlete should get high salaries. Athletes should get high salaries because they donate a lot of money to charity and hospitals, athletes work their entire lives to get into pro leagues and only some players get really high salaries.
First, Sport players donate a lot of money to charities and hospitals to help those in need. One player who helped by donating time and money is Larry Fitzgerald of the Arizona Cardinals. Larry was a co-winner of the Walter Peyton Man of the Year Award. The award is given to the NFL player(s) who have done the best work off the field helping people. Larry spent a lot of time helping kids in Africa who didn’t have home and needed food and water. The other co-winner of the Walter Peyton Man of the Year Award was Eli Manning of the New York Giants. Sometime kids work so hard their entire lives because they can’t afford college. If a kid can’t afford to go to college need to work hard to earn the scholarship because they only offer scholarships to the best. Since other students are going to try to get the scholarship kids need to step up and work harder to get the scholarship. Parents will also be pushing you to play the sport and to be good because they want to have you go to college. Kids also want to work hard in the sport because they just love the sport. Some kids like the sport because their parents played the sport and they followed in their footsteps. Sometimes kids have to deal with problems that are in their life and the way to deal with their problem is to play sports.
