Ever since 1990, women have received more degrees. "Reverse discrimination is a claim that occurs when a member or members of a majority are discriminated against on the basis of a protected factor, such as race or gender" Basically Reserve discrimination is the concept that qualifies workers are not being hired. They are not being hired because Affirmation Action forces companies to diversify their working environment. Not only is this notion untrue, but it comes from the people that do not want Affirmation Action to work and make it to their duty to do just that. The reason for the lack of support for this concept is of course as I have stated before reserve discrimination. The only people that see this as a huge problem for our society are the people who are the ethnic majority. Affirmation Action has not gone far enough. So, which side of the argument is the correct
