How many hour do you sleep each night? Much people are inaware of the importance of adequate sleep in both mental and physical healths. While you sleeping, your body is busy repairing himself, regenerate your mental faculties, reinforcing your immune systems, and regulating your blood sugar level. As you get older, our bodies need less sleep because we no longer grow physically. For example, one infant should sleep at 12 to 16 hours a day, and a teenager at 8 to 10 hours a day, but most adults only needs 7 to
8 hours a day. If you get fewer sleep than you need, you accumulate sleep deficit. If you do not repay this deficit by taking nap or sleeping long on the weekends, for example, then your body will suffers negative consequences. These can
