1) create a NON-NICHE-WALK-IN occurrence with the detachment address as the event address(@OPP detachment) 2) complete the tombstone information with call source as WALK-IN(run supp info) 3) write in remarks why the person is outside 4)advise caller you will let officer know they are outside 5) ask covid question
6)if it is a call for service, the address should be where the incident occurred, the event type should be the type of incident, call source as walk in 7)remarks should start with “caller is outside of .... detachment “ and have brief information on what incident is about. |
