2) in remarks advise no voice contact for number on ie FN_PUB and the phone number


3)try to call number back-update remarks


4) look for the number in RMS and advise of possible address in remarks


5) if you get some voice contact or there are background noises put what you hear


6)“HOT CALL” in the update
