High risk for cardiac defect (esp VSD). CNS defects including retardation and microcephaly are also common. Facial features - low-set ears, smooth philtrum, and short palpebral fissures (eyelid opening)

Give ampicillin or penicillin prophylaxis

multiple dilated loops of bowel. DX with barium enema (differentiates from atresia).
