A verbal cue

is a prompt that is conveyed in spoken language from one person to another or a group of people.

Emphasis cues -

meant to focus your attention on important information:

Organizational cues -

help you understand the order, sequence, or relationship of the information:

Mannerism cues-

communication habits, varying in each person. In order to identify them, you have to pay close attention to the said person. Sometimes it is like a habit, and indicate something to be noted is coming up.

Kinesics


The interpretation of body motion communication such as facial expressions and gestures, nonverbal behavior related to movement o any part of the body or the body as a whole

Occulesics


The study of eye movement, eye behavior, gaze, and eye-related nonverbal communication

Vocalics


Refers the nonverbal uses of the voice that indicate emotion and provide cues as to how the message should be interpreted. It's how you say what you want to say.

Proxemics (use of space)


The amount of space we put between ourselves and others depends upon the relationship, situation, and context.
