Through my experience in Facilities Management, combines with my experience in project management, for over 25 years, I’ve developed great strategical and tactical managerial skills to accurately execute plans, maintain focus on even the most challenging assignements, and simultaneously manage multiple projects. Furthermore, I realized what motivates me is both being systematic and efficient, as well as efectively generating real results. What is your Biggest Strengths? |
I excel at making sure the job is done right. Under my watch, steps aren’t skipped and plans are followed through. I know how to utilize training and best-practices to deliver results. I also perform well in rapid changing situations, and I also excel at multi-tasking and effectively setting priorities. Because of this, I can see multiple solutions to solve a problem and readily adjust tactically. |

What is your Weakness? |
I am a bit of a perfectionist who likes to dot every “I” and cross every “T”, but at times, I’ve gotten too caught up with correcting minor imperfections. I’ve learned that at a certain point, I need to stop working on a project and move on to the next assignment. |
