A description of how something happens or should happen. Often depicts a particular and tries to describe how something happens or should happen. |

The nature of how someone acts when enacting a certain theory or model. A leader shouldn't change their situation, they should change their style. |

Purpose |
Leader knows what they want and pursues it. Sticks with vision and stakes reputation on it. Constantly teaches and models leadership. Fundamental reason why you're doing something. If we know the why, we can figure out and how. |

People |
Surround with people smarter than self. Expand expertise of a leader and sretch organization. Insecure leader surrounds self with yes men. Cultivate an environment in which dialogue happens. Have people that challenge self and aren't afraid to say no. Life is a box of crayons (John Mayer) |

Passion |
Undivided devotion to purpose. Passion is contagious, you are inspiring others with your passion. Passion is inspiring people to aspire (the excitement about your purpose)
