Knowledge can be pasted on from Marine to Marine be it from life experience or even just from reading a book. Any little bit of knowledge can change the outcome of anything if they are given it in time and how to apply that knowledge. Well working in the communication field we have all kinds of documentation on how a satellite terminal is suppose to work and why the radio waves can't work in one place but can work in a different one even if both spots have the same layout as each other. Something from the smallest solar flare to the path in which the radio wave is going to travel can change the outcome of everything. You will also have to past on any knowledge one has on the Area of Operation. The more the Marines know the better equip they are with getting the mission done and having a better chance of fighting any warfare that comes at them. In today's world of technology it is really easy to get lost in plethora of information that is in the world but to train a Marine to figure out what information is vital and what information is not and realizing that the information can change at any time are key points to reinforce into the Marine. We as leaders should strive to push our Marines to better at their job through training and giving them the knowledge so they can improve and get better at their jobs. No matter the type of combat we must face today or in our future can stop our progress if we reinforce the idea of knowledge plus training equals an unstoppable
