Will working as an individual or conforming into a team be more successful? People who conform as a team, succeed better than someone working as an individual. When conforming as a team, it is less stressful on the individuals on the team, there is a common direction when working, and different perspectives are given.
When conforming as a team, it is less stressful on the individuals. When on a team, the work is split into equal parts, applying less stress on everyone on the team. For example, everyone has different jobs, or positions, when playing soccer but they all share the same goal, to succeed. If everyone works their job correctly then there will not be an offensive player running to defense to save the ball from going in the goal. One is that the different personalities of the individuals on the team may clash. This can cause a delay and stops ideas from flowing. Also, when the task is finished, full credit will not be given to certain people; but someone would receive this individual credit if they were working on their own.
When working individually, decisions on where the project is going and how the project will look is up to the one working on the task. But as a team, everyone has to agree on how the project has to look and there is no way to push the limit. This is why conforming as a team will be more successful than working as an individual.
Conforming as a team will be more successful than working as an individual. Less stress and different perspectives are some of the many benefits that come from conforming as a team. When working as an individual, there is no support and no common direction. But with teams, the differences of the individuals are put to together to create unthought-of ideas.
