Working in a team has several different aspects that need to correlate in order to be successful. Being successful in a team is the cornerstone to generating operational and contributing teams and members within the team. In order to be an effective team, each member needs to have a clear understanding of what needs to be done to reach you teams goal and what the exactly is. A key component to effective teamwork is effective communication. Being successful, all branches off the frequency and effectiveness of the groups communication habits. In order to make sure that all of this happens in an orderly fashion, you need to create a strong relationship and establish a common ground with each member in your group, after that is established being …show more content…
Going hand in hand with understanding the problem and the group goal, each member needs to understand how to make the solution as effective and successful as they can by evaluating it and making it as reasonable as possible. An effective solution entails possible strategies to overcome obstacles or decision options regarding the issues confronting the group. To get where they need to be, they must be open and comfortable with each other to put their ideas and solutions on the table to be evaluated. Going through all of the solutions as a group they must identify the pros and the cons of the solutions that are proposed. If the group fails to follow through with this competency, they will have ineffective criteria and solutions to their problems. In your team you need to create an environment, where you have little conflict and if you do have conflict you need several ways to resolve that to move forward with your teamwork. As a team you need to be open to others ideas and opinions, but also be able to all agree on what the most effective and reasonable idea is, this is being bale to manage conflict within yourself and as team. It is important to be conscious of others feelings an emotion as many people are sensitive in situations of working with others, and being able to put their ideas out on the table for the team to
