Human loss and suffering are immeasurable so one’s safety is very crucial. Death or serious tragedies because of the lack of safety changes lives forever. So the act of forbidding women from engaging in combat is a must, even though some might think it is unjustifiable. The reasoning for this prohibition on women in combat is very convenient, pertaining to the safety protocol among women in the United States. Women’s rights have evolved stressfully as they still continue to reach the true meaning of justice while maintaining the safety mechanism. War is one of the few exceptions to the proclamation of equality for all. Woman require the utmost respect and consideration. So the law of prohibition enacts safety before equality.
