Place the student’s work in the order of each class listed in the learning log. Place work behind each individual learning log for that specific student. Then repeat the process for each student according to the learning logs provided. Your learning logs should match your Academic Success roster.
• Initial, sign, and date each learning log according to the 20-day date. Please be mindful of holidays. Do not place initials in the box mark (H) for holiday.
• Complete your submission sheet. This submission sheet is used to document and track your ADA completion. It is not used in the audit. Please thoroughly complete this sheet. Use the comment section to document dropped students, no shows, etc. This communication will impact your documented ADA percentage. (A meeting will be held to discuss how much credit to apply when students do not provide work for all subjects. Your goal is to provide and collect work for all your students.)
• Review your logs and ADA work for any corrections (student’s heading, grades, and signatures).
• Turn in your ADA package with the submission sheet on
