I am optimistic that problems can be solved and that all students can be successful with persistent support. I recognize the important of focusing on what can be changed to address problems and the significance of being self-questioning, outcome-focused, and data driven to affect change. Also, I embrace the fact that the successful resolution of problems is only possible through collaboration and information sharing with all involved parties.
In respect of the value of cooperation, I am motivated to help design an overall vision at the school and district level that promotes positive academic, social-emotional, and behavioral outcomes as a team. I am determined to actively serve and develop the skills of every student as early as possible instead of only those experiencing severe difficulties. I know that proactively working to develop the life skills of all students can prevent issues from worsening or possibly even from occurring. Nevertheless, although I will focus primarily on promoting the abilities and wellbeing of all students, I will also support students with special needs in the most inclusive environment
