Stalking can include:
Repeated, unwanted, intrusive, and frightening communications from the perpetrator by phone, mail, and/or email.
Repeatedly leaving or sending victim unwanted items, presents, or flowers.
Following or lying in wait for the victim at places such as home, school, work, or recreation place.
Making direct or indirect threats to harm the victim, the victim's children, relatives, friends, or pets.
Damaging or threatening to damage the victim's property.
Harassing victim through the internet.

Clearly, an individual who pursues the President or any well-known protected public figure as a target has severe psychological issues. It is well-known that the President of the United States or any country is well protected. “Presidential stalking has been broken down into five descriptive categories to capture the various motivations of presidential stalkers and assassins and the clinical context in which their behavior occurs. The five categories are resentful, pathologically obsessed, infamy seeking, intimacy seeking, and nuisance or attention seeking” (Phillips, 2006). These categories have proven useful in determining clinical assessments of risk, treatment options, case management, and prevention strategies (Phillips,
