I continued to work with Megan's team to provide feedback on the Screening news letter that is being created to provide helpful tips for the agents . The goal of the news letter is to help the agents understand difficult process so that they see a reduction in communications from screening. The letter will include auto and property products.

I sent out 3 thank you cards to local agents thanking them for all of their hard with this past year and wishing them a happy holiday. The following agents I recognized – Nancy Wise Miller, The Varner Agency and Dustin Burgess. The team overall provided recognition to 85 Nationwiders some being coworkers and other being agents.

Brenda Celinske, policy 9121C779751 - Brenda had question around accidents and violations that had been listed on the policy and that we had been taken action on. I was able to effectively explain the why behind the cancellation and how guarantee renewal worked. I also was able to help retain the policy for Brenda.
Jeunnette Santana-Lewis policy 7842HO920902 Jeunnette reached out to me as she had questions about the hazards on the policy and how the member needed to have the corrected. There where 3 hazards, the first was debris, the second was a crack in the siding and the third was the chimney. I explained that the debris needed to be removed, the crack needed to be re-plastered and that while he was not using the chimney and he had a gas heater insert that he still needed the chimney inspected because of the fumes that the gas heater was giving off.
