In her complaint Ms. Hill states that she called into the Company’s call center to discuss her policies and was told the policies could draw dividend disbursements. She has also indicated receiving conflicting information as to whether or not these policies allowed these disbursements.

A third call was made to the call center where the representative reviewed the notes from the previous two calls and proceeded to correctly identify the policy type and to confirm to the caller that dividend disbursements were not an available feature on her policies. As stated these policies are Universal Life contracts (non-participating) which do not offer this type of
