I was only seventeen years old when I first seen it. Everyone use to go there to hang out. It was a beautiful place. A few years ago, I came back to reminisce but everything has changed. It gave me chills to walk by the mansion. They are vines hanging from the wall. The grass is all grew up, it's as tall as a hay field.
The family that lived there were the Jenkins. The family of five died in the house but no one knows how. A few people have bought the house and they all end up selling in within a month. The last owner has lived there since 1970, he bought it when I was twenty years old. He was a gentle man and lived in the town all his life. I turned around but no one was there. “ It’s all in mind”, I told myself while continuing to walk toward the mansion. It was almost ten o’clock and it was gloomy outside. I heard something else and immediately got chills down my back. I continue to walk feeling unsure why i am deciding to do this. I get to the gate and start walking up the long, dreadful, stone driveway leading up to the house. All of a sudden I heard a loud shriek.
